About the project
The project foresees the modernization of the road by constructing a modern road surface, in order to achieve an improvement of road traffic in terms of comfort and the safety of road and pedestrian traffic.
The road section to be modernized (between km 18+255 (intersection with DJ606F) – 43+266 (Mehedinți county limit), Dolj county) has a length of 25.10 km and crosses 8 localities.
Within the project, water drainage works are also carried out, modernization of 5 bridges, modernization or new construction works for 59 culverts, new sidewalks with a length of 33.67 km, bicycle lanes with a length of 20.88 km, and the arrangement of 6 bus stations.
