Project implementation: “Acquisition of high-performance equipment through the Just Transition Program – PTJ/P Action 1-6 – Investments for SME development supporting sustainable growth and job creation/1.1/1.A/GJ (SME productive investments)”

DOMARCONS SRL, headquartered in Craiova Municipality, Strada Inginerilor, No. 22, Dolj County, postal code 200801, is implementing, starting from 13.03.2025, the project “Acquisition of high-performance equipment through the Just Transition Program – PTJ/P Action 1-6 – Investments for SME development supporting sustainable growth and job creation/1.1/1.A/GJ (SME productive investments)”, SMIS code 324516, based on the financing contract concluded with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, as Managing Authority for the Just Transition Program 2021-2027, and the South-West Oltenia Regional Development Agency, as Intermediate Body for the Just Transition Program 2021-2027.

The total value of the project is 17,495,952.47 lei, of which the non-reimbursable financial assistance is 11,182,283.55 lei (the non-reimbursable value granted from FTJ being 9,504,941.02 lei, and the non-reimbursable value granted from the national budget being 1,677,342.53 lei).

Project start and end date: 13.03.2025 – 12.03.2026.

The project is implemented in Bumbeşti-Jiu, Oraş Bumbeşti-Jiu, Str. Castrul Vîrtop, Punctul Trupini, Gorj County.

The general objective of the project is fully aligned with the general objective of the Just Transition Program, through the assimilation of technological progress and the efficient management of resources, leading to increased turnover, profit, and quality of services provided, as well as sustainable development, while also generating new jobs. This will be achieved through: increasing economic competitiveness by purchasing 2 new pieces of equipment; increasing the company’s income sources by facilitating the proposed activity through the project; creating 20 permanent, full-time jobs; training at least 20% of the newly hired staff.

The specific objectives of the project are: acquisition of goods and services; creation of 20 jobs; training of at least 20% of newly hired staff.

The results of the project are consistent with the specific objectives: acquisition of goods and services; creation of 20 jobs; training of at least 20% of newly hired staff.

The impact of the project consists in increasing the economic competitiveness of DOMARCONS SRL and boosting income sources as a result of the efficiency and innovation brought by the project, creating sustainable jobs, and mitigating the socio-economic impact of the transition to climate neutrality in Gorj County.

This was put into practice by: increasing economic competitiveness, with 2 new machines being purchased; increasing the company’s sources of income, by facilitating the implementation of the activity proposed by the project; creating 20 permanent, full-time jobs; training at least 20% of the newly hired people.
