Works were carried out to connect the objective S.C. HIGH-TECH INDUSTRY PARK CRAIOVA to the external utility networks, as follows: water supply and sewerage network, access roads network, electrical network, telecommunications network, and natural gas network.

The physical capacities achieved by the contractor included the construction of water tank foundations, S.R.M. platform, water treatment container, water pumping container, wastewater pumping station, water supply network, stormwater and domestic sewerage network, 3 road sections with a width of 7 m and a total length of approximately 610 m, and 1 roundabout.
