The bridge built is located on DN 55 Craiova-Bechet 4+400-71+100, in Malu Mare commune, Dolj County. The bridge, 48.30 m long, was built in 1952, and therefore the consolidation works were imperatively necessary.

The consolidation was carried out through repairs with special mortars for superstructure and infrastructure, execution of a reinforced concrete overlay slab, execution of sidewalks, widening of access ramps, replacement of joint cover devices, replacement of pedestrian parapets, and installation of H4b-type safety parapet.
