About the project
The objective of the project was to stimulate mobility in the South-West Oltenia region by increasing the accessibility of rural areas to the TEN-T road, rail and naval-port network, having a positive impact both at the level of the local communities crossed by DJ561A, as well as at the level of Dolj County and the South-West Oltenia Region.
The main physical capacities achieved were road works on a length of 39.20 km, 5 bridges, culverts, water collection and discharge works, 130 intersections with side roads, 23.71 km sidewalks, 845 property accesses, 17 bus stations, 3 parking areas, and the arrangement of a level railway crossing.
